The following rates of exchange of foreign currencies to the ruble of the Russian Federation have been fixed for the purposes of accounting and customs duty payments from January 17, 2006: 1 Australian dollar - 20.8057 rubles 1,000 Belarusian rubles - 12.3897 rubles 10 Danish krones - 46.1859 rubles 1 US dollar - 26.5481 rubles 1 euro - 34.4037 rubles 100 Icelandic krones - 37.8286 rubles 100 Kazakh tenges - 21.1719 rubles 1 Canadian dollar - 22.7198 rubles 10 Chinese yuan - 34.0841 rubles 1 new Turkish lira - 18.6041 rubles 10 Norwegian krones - 41.3922 rubles 1 unit of conditional drawing rights - 39.5506 rubles 1 Singapore dollar - 17.2547 rubles 10 Ukrainian hryvnias - 52.5278 rubles 1 British pound sterling - 52.2387 rubles 10 Swedish kronas - 37.9313 rubles 1 Swiss franc - 21.2981 rubles 100 Japanese yen - 22.0701 rubles The foreign currency exchange rates to the ruble of the Russian Federation entail no obligation on the part of the Bank of Russia to buy or sell the currencies according to the above rates.
