Russia's Central Bank said Friday that the country's narrowly defined money supply was 3 trillion 104.5 billion rubles
Russia's Central Bank said Friday that the country's narrowly defined money supply (M1) was 3 trillion 104.5 billion rubles ($119.52 billion at the current exchange rate) as of March 19, up 10.1 billion rubles ($388 million) in the week since March 12. According to the Bank, M1 money supply consists of the currency issued by the bank, including cash in vaults of credit institutions, and required reserves balances on ruble deposits with the Central Bank.
