As press secretary of the Chechen Interior Ministry Magomed Deniyev told Itar-Tass on Thursday, the cache belonged to ringleader Takhir Batayev destroyed in the city of Gudermes. “Twelve mortar mines, five 152-calibre shells, three hand grenade projectiles, 16 shells, seven homemade detonators, one VOG-25P projectile and a cartridge belt were seized from the cache,” Deniyev said.
