The Russian Prosecutor General’s Office considers Britain’s position incorrect refusing to institute criminal proceedings against business tycoon Boris Berezovsky because of his statements in the newspaper Guardian on April 11. He claimed that it is necessary to use force to topple the current authorities in Russia. “Such calls to a forcible overthrow of the state system is a crime on the territory of any civilized country,” a source in the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office told Itar-Tass on Friday.
