NASA will launch space shuttle Endeavor to the International Space Station in August
NASA will launch space shuttle Endeavor to the International Space Station (ISS) in August, while Russia's manned Soyuz rocket is scheduled for lift off in October, Russia's space agency said Monday. The next launch of the Soyuz single-use spacecraft to the ISS, is tentatively scheduled for October 10, and is aligned with U.S. efforts for the Endeavor mission on August 8 at 3.07 a.m. Moscow time (August 7, 11.07 p.m. GMT), Igor Panarin, the agency spokesman, said. The Endeavor is already being prepared for the rollout to a launch pad.
