Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will pay a working visit to Germany on July 20. “Talks with German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier are planned with an accent on stances on international issues, including the situation in the Middle East in the context of the ministerial meeting of the mediator ‘quartet’ in Lisbon, as well as settlement in Kosovo,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday.
