"The revenue targets have been surpassed, with fulfillment at 101 percent. Budget surplus therefore made up 1.7 percent of the Gross Domestic Product," according to Kasyanov. The Stabilization Fund has an initial sum of more than 100 billion roubles. "Inflation amounted to 12 percent as predicted," Kasyanov said. The Cabinet will approve a package of measure on implementing the law on federal budget-2004 before the end of this month, the prime minister said.
