Policeman suspected of killing two teenagers has been detained in the Moscow region
A policeman suspected of killing two teenagers has been detained in the Moscow region, law enforcement sources of the Moscow region told Tass on Monday. Back on August 24, the female general director of a construction company in the town of Odintsovo outside Moscow went to police to report on two missing sons, aged 11 and 14. The boys left home on August 21 and nobody saw them since then. An investigation was launched. However, late on Sunday a policeman gave himself up, saying he and a police major had gunned down the teenagers from a hunting rifle in the settlement of Schedrino, Odintsovo district. He said he and his female acquaintance, resident of the southern city of Gelendzhik, dismembered the bodies and hided them in a forest. “Policemen found fragments of the bodies between the villages of Andreyevskoye and Ivankovo,” the sources said. Police are trying to detain the female accomplice. The major, who also took part in the crime, has committed suicide.
