Russian President Vladimir Putin said Former Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov would be appointed new director of the Foreign Intelligence Service. President Putin told journalists on Saturday, “As for the director of the Foreign Intelligence Service, you know this man very well. It’s Mikhail Yefimovich Fradkov.” Incumbent director of the Foreign Intelligence Service Sergei Lebedev was appointed CIS executive secretary on Friday.
