Many bottles of water has been provided for children on the square near the local house of culture, as it was known that children were dehydrated. Two female terrorists have dressed themselves as nurses, and a few terrorists have put on sport suits, and are trying to mix up with the crowd, the local law-enforcers have told RIA Novosti. The population has been urged to increase vigilance.
