Credit institutions' balances on correspondent accounts with the Russian Central
Credit institutions' balances on correspondent accounts with the Russian Central Bank totaled 846.5 billion rubles ($34.6 billion at the current exchange rates) at the beginning of the business day, up 0.7% from December 29, the CBR said Wednesday.

Credit institutions' balances on deposit accounts with the Bank of Russia stood at 270.3 billion rubles ($11 billion), up 81.4% from December 29.
