Georgia's state foreign debt declined from 44.9%
Georgia's state foreign debt declined from 44.9% of GDP in 2003 to 16.8% of GDP in 2007, the country's Finance Ministry said on Thursday.

The debt level, which stood at $1.776 billion as of December 31, 2007, is expected to decline further to 12% of GDP in 2008, the ministry said.
