TNK-BP International Ltd., the parent company of Russia's third largest
TNK-BP International Ltd., the parent company of Russia's third largest oil company TNK-BP, reported U.S. GAAP net profits of $5.3 bln for 2007, 21% down year-on-year, the company said on Tuesday.

The company's gross earnings in the reporting period grew by 9%, to $38.7 billion. EBITDA (Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization) fell by 16%, to $9.4 billion.

The company's capital investment rose by 53%, to $3.5 billion.

Dividends for 2007 fell 48% year-on-year, to $2.6 billion (compared with $5 billion in 2006).

ÒNK-ÂÐ International is a joint venture of BP Plc and Alfa-Access-Renova (AAR). The Russian consortium AAR and Britain's BP hold a 50% stake each.

The company produces over 78 million tons of oil a year.
