Four police officers and three locals were injured when two bombs
Four police officers and three locals were injured when two bombs exploded in a cafe in Chechnya's capital Grozny overnight, local prosecutors said on Tuesday.

Preliminary reports said two home-made bombs exploded in quick succession, damaging the cafe premises where people were dining at the time.

The victims suffered a number of injuries, the source said.

Earlier reports said the cause of the blast was exploding gas tanks. A criminal case has been opened into the incident.
