Jude Law has been named as the "sexiest man alive" by People magazine in the US
British film star Jude Law has been named as the "sexiest man alive" by People magazine in the US. The 31-year-old, who most recently starred in a remake of Alfie, has succeeded Johnny Depp to the title. "His warmth is what makes him sexy and it radiates through his eyes," said Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman, Law's co-star in Cold Mountain. Previous recipients of the accolade have included Mel Gibson, Sean Connery, Richard Gere and Ben Affleck, reports BBC News. "What's he all about? Supernatural good looks, supersize talent and so nice -- he might just kiss you if you have the nerve to ask," People says in its latest issue, according to the Melbourne Herald Sun. Law is divorced from Sadie Frost and is currently dating his Alfie co-star Sienna Miller. But despite being a sex symbol, the Oscar-nominated actor just wants to settle down. "I grew up, I suppose, always looking for commitment and looking for a relationship, and that-s why I got married so young", he said in a recent interview. "And I-m in another relationship now. So that just seems to be my pattern", informs the Scotsman
