The body was found on Monday, not far from where the head was discovered on Sunday. The head is believed to belong to the unidentified body, the spokesman said, adding that the killing and beheading are thought to have been carried out with an ax and knife found near the body.

A criminal case of murder has been filed and a search for the perpetrator has begun. If the murderer is found, he could face from eight to 20 years in jail.
