Five people, including three children, were killed in a house
Five people, including three children, were killed in a house fire in southern Russia on Wednesday morning, a local emergencies spokesman said.

The emergency report on the fire in the village of Kislyakovskaya, Russia's Krasnodar Territory was received at 05:08 a.m. Moscow time (02:08 GMT) and put out just over an hour later.

"Firefighters removed five bodies from the debris, including a father, mother and their three children, a girl born in 2004 and two boys born in 2005. The grandmother was rescued," the spokesman said.

The rescue operation involved 23 emergency workers and eight vehicles.
