At least eight people have died and seven
At least eight people have died and seven more have been injured in northwest Colombia after a cave-in at a gold mine, TeleSUR television reported on Wednesday.

The cause of Tuesday's disaster has not yet been determined. Rescue units, police and military personnel have been sent to the scene.

The mine is located close to the border of Panama, near the town of Mumbu in the country's Choco province.
