"Russian diplomats continue visiting local hospitals every day to establish the affected Russian citizens [new data are lacking] and assist the relations of those killed," reads the statement. By the latest official data, the total death toll in Thailand's southwest has reached 5,246 people, including 2,464 foreign citizens. The number of those missing is 4,499.
