YUKOS asks the United States court to suspend dismissal of the company's bankruptcy case until filing all the post-court pleas
"YUKOS has pleaded to the Houston branch of the U.S. court on bankruptcy cases of the Texas southern county asking Judge Leticia Clarke for revision of her analysis of Article 1112 (b) of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and fixing a new examination", reads the YUKOS communique. YUKLOS thinks that there is a new weighty evidence of ending the bankruptcy case being contrary to the YUKOS property interests. Also, the company has petitioned for suspending a ruling while YUKOS carries out post-court judicial relief
