One man was killed by a falling tree - one of 27 uprooted by the gusts of wind - and another by metal sheeting that was ripped off a roof, city officials said. The storm caused a stoppage in the local electricity utility, which knocked out pumps providing water to half the city, the Interfax news agency reported
