On May 12-17 the National Exhibition Center (VVTS) is to host the fourth inter-confessional exhibition "With Faith, Hope and Love Into the Third Millennium". Talking to RIA Novosti, organizing-committee officials noted that the exhibition aimed to assert a modern model of state-church relations in Russia. "This model is based on trust, freedom of religion, as well as common efforts by the state and religious associations to promote peace, cooperation and friendship between people," the exhibition's organizers stressed. This exhibition will focus on religious organizations' efforts to enhance family values. A special round-table discussion will also deal with this issue. Different Russian confessions will display church utensils, the attire of priests, books, recordings, video films, icons and other works of art linked with Russian ethnic groups' religious traditions. The exhibition will involve religious leaders, representatives of this country's four traditional religions, i.e. Orthodox Christianity, Islam, Judaism and Buddhism, as well as Seventh-Day Adventists, the Union of Evangelical Baptists and the Russian Evangelical Church
