Boris Gryzlov could become the next Russian prime minister
Speaker of the State Duma and Leader of United Russia Boris Gryzlov could become the next Russian prime minister. This was announced today by Dmitry Orlov, a political commentator. 'Mr Gryzlov's main quality is his loyalty to the president and he has shown this in his work in other positions,' Mr Orlov said. 'He has just as much chance of becoming the next prime minister as Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin and Deputy Prime Minister Boris Alyoshin.' The political commentator said there was a lot of hype during the recent Duma elections about Mr Gryzlov being a great national politician. 'This gives us some reason to believe that he could be put forward for the post of prime minister,' he explained.
