The Russian government expects that this year, capital outflow from the country will change into inflow for the first time in many years, Russian Finance Minister Aleksei Kudrin said at a RIA Novosti press conference. "The net inflow balance is expected at $3-4 billion," the minister said. "For the recent years, the net outflow of the capital decreased. Last year, it amounted to some $3 billion. This year, we will reach the historical mark - we expect net inflow into Russia for the first time after the 1990s," Mr. Kudrin said. He noted that five years ago, the net outflow of capital from Russia totaled $24 billion.
