The Russian government and the State Council compiled a list of 129 commissions which are being handed over to regions
The initial list of 114 commissions added another 15. Another 20 commissions were left intact, because the term of their effect expires this year or next year, head of the State's Council's group which worked on the issue, told reporters on Tuesday.
