President Vladimir Putin has signed an Executive Order concerning the Presidium of the State Council of the Russian Federation (SCRF), the presidential press service announced here on Thursday. In accordance with the Regulations for the SCRF, a regular rotation of the SCRF Presidium members has been effected. The approved seven-member make-up of the SCRF Presidiums is as follows: Nikolai Dudov, Governor of Magadan Region, Nikolai Kiselyov, Head of the Arkhangelsk Region administration, Vladimir Kulakov, Head of the Voronezh Region administration, Nikolai Maksyuta, Head of the Volgograd Region administration, Leonid Markelov, President of the Republic of Mariy El, Yuri Neyelov, Governor of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area, and Leonid Potapov, President of the Buryat Republic. Rotations of SCRF Presidium members is effected regularly, once in six months. The Presidium, which has seven members representing all the Federal Districts, considers plans for the work of the SCRF and agendas of its regular meetings. The Presidium members are, as a rule, at the head of working groups for the preparation of this or that problem for discussion by the SCRF. The Presidium sessions are convened as the need arises, at least once a month, as a rule
