Ukraine and the European Union will hold discussions in Brussels on stepping up bilateral cooperation on human rights issues
Ukraine and the European Union will hold discussions in Brussels on stepping up bilateral cooperation on human rights issues, the Ukrainian government said Tuesday. The dialogue, which is being launched in the framework of the Ukraine-EU program, will also focus on Ukraine's observance of international and European standards and reforming the UN Commission on Human Rights, the government said in a press release. The Ukrainian delegation is being headed by Volodymyr Vasilenko, Ukraine's representative to the commission.
