Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered to Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov to meet leaders of Kabardino-Balkaria and help the republic. He told Fradkov that he should meet the republic’s leaders and “support them in this difficult period”. The republic “is developing, the mood is resolute and they should be supported in a positive plane,” the president said. He ordered to Fradkov to invite Kabardino-Balkaria’s president and prime minister to Moscow this week.
