Russian Economic Development Minister German Gref described his talks with South Korean Minister of Finance and Economy Kim Hyon-Chong as “very positive”. In an exclusive interview with Itar-Tass on Wednesday, Gref said, “We discussed a plan of action to be signed as part of the Russian president’s visit to South Korea.” In his words, this plan “creates a foundation for developing Russian-Korean trade and economic relations.”
