Inflation in Russia for November and December will be 0.8-0.9%, First Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank Alexei Ulyukayev said Monday. Addressing the State Duma, the lower chamber of the Russian parliament, Ulyukayev said a forecasted 11% increase in consumer prices for 2005 was set out in a document detailing the main areas of monetary and credit policy that had already been submitted to the Duma.
