The new S-400 antiaircraft missile system will defend the sky over Moscow, Russian Air Force Commander in Chief Vladimir Mikhailov told reporters on Friday. The new system will be added to the arsenal of the command of the special-purpose forces to defend the country's central region, the general said. The S-400 will be installed not far from the capital, but not right in Moscow, he said. The special-purpose forces' command is dealing with the matter, the general added.
