All the 13 Russian sailors were freed in Nigerian court on Wednesday
All the 13 Russian sailors were freed in Nigerian court on Wednesday, Andrei Kravtsov, captain's 3rd mate, told Itar-Tass by telephone. Alexei Krasikov and Alexander Zhernakov were the last to be released from custody. Earlier, Nigerian authorities released 11 Russian sailors. They were found guilty and sentenced to six months, but they were freed because they had been in a remand prison for more than two years.
