LUKoil said Friday it had increased oil exports by 2.3% in 2005 year-on-year
Russia's leading independent crude producer, LUKoil, said Friday it had increased oil exports by 2.3% in 2005 year-on-year. A company news release said 2005 exports had risen to 46.6 million metric tons. Pipeline oil exports to member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States totaled 5.9 million metric tons, and to other countries 40.7 million. Other oil exports reached 8.1 million metric tons, according to preliminary figures, up 11% on 2004, the company said.
