A fire in a 12-storey apartment block in northern Moscow has been extinguished, the Emergency Situations Ministry said Friday. "The fire was put out at 10.59 Moscow time," a ministry source said. The ministry reported six people injured, including a child. The spokesperson said earlier that 200 people had been evacuated from the building. "We received a call at 9.33 Moscow time that a fire had broken out on the fourth and fifth floors. It covered an area of 200 square meters. No victims have been reported," the source said.
