Russian and German leaders will hold their eighth round of talks in the west Siberian city of Tomsk on April 26-27 as scheduled, the Kremlin press service said Wednesday. German Chancellor Angela Merkel will visit Tomsk for talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Negotiations will also be held between government officials from the two countries. An economic forum of Russian and German business circles will be held on the sidelines of the talks.
