A criminal case has been opened over the crash of the Airbus A-320 plane near the Black Sea resort town of Sochi. Russia's Deputy Prosecutor General Nikolai Shepel has left for the crash scene, an official at the Prosecutor General's Office told Itar-Tass. The criminal case was opened under the Criminal Code article on violation of rules of operating aircraft that resulted in the death of two or more persons. Prosecutor of the Krasnodar Territory Nikolai Yeremin is also on his way to the crash site. Earlier, emergencies officials said the aircraft was carrying 113 people, including the crew.
