President Vladimir Putin has issued a decree, dismissing several high-ranking FSB officials from their posts and the military service. Putin has dismissed Major-General E. A. Kolesnikov from the post of First Deputy Chief of the investigations department of the Service for defense of Russia’s constitutional system and the struggle against terrorism. Putin has also dismissed Major-General A. P.Plotnikov, who was Deputy chief of the investigations department of the Service for the defense of the constitutional system and the struggle against terrorism. Lieutenant-General S. I. Fomenko has been dismissed from the post of Deputy department chief for prevention of contraband and drugs trafficking of the FSB Service for Russia' s economic security
