Threats to Russia exist, and they are more serious than in the “Cold War” years, Russian Deputy Prime Minister, Defence Minister Sergei Ivanov said on Friday, commenting on President Vladimir Putin’s state of the nation address to parliament. He singled out a threat of the spread of weapons of mass destruction. “Terrorists are doing all they can to get access to weapons of mass destruction,”-Ivanov said.
