Georgia is hatching plans for the use of force in a bid to resolve problems in South Ossetia, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Friday. “Purchases of a attack weapons in amounts tremendous for a normal country cannot but make us suspicious,” Lavrov said. “We see this fact and we have been doing everything to upset such plots, if they do exist.”
