Russia will not sign any contract with another state if it sees in its terms a threat to the international regime of non-proliferation of missile technology
Russia will not sign any contract with another state if it sees in its terms a threat to the international regime of non-proliferation of missile technology, Russian Deputy Prime Minister, Defence Minister Sergei Ivanov said at an international economic forum in St. Petersburg on Wednesday. “If Russia sees even the smallest threat to the non-proliferation regime, we will not accept a single contract,” he stressed. He dismissed as untenable accusations of Russia of the alleged spread of nuclear technology. “These are web accusations,” he said
