Man who attacked synagogue worshippers in southern Russia will be sent to a psychiatric hospital for treatment
A man who attacked synagogue worshippers in southern Russia will be sent to a psychiatric hospital for treatment, a district court ruled Thursday. The court convicted Vadim Domnitsky on a charge of making death threats, but acquitted him on hooliganism charges, citing a lack of evidence. Domnitsky, 18, has been on trial since January when he burst into a synagogue, brandishing a broken glass bottle and shouting anti-Semitic slogans.
