Almost 65,000 people in central Siberia were left without electricity Thursday morning after a major grid failure, emergency services said. He added that no one had been hurt in the accident, though the 63,700 people in Nazarovo, where the temperature is fortunately hovering around 20 degrees Celsius (68F) before the onset of winter, have been left without power.
