Russia is in mourning Thursday for the passengers and crew of an airliner lost in eastern Ukraine on August 22. A total of 170 people - including 45 children under the age of 12 - died when their Tu-154 jet en route from the Black Sea resort of Anapa to St. Petersburg crashed in stormy weather 30 miles from the city of Donetsk. Flags are flying at half-mast and entertainment events and television programs have been cancelled. Russian President Vladimir Putin has extended his condolences to relatives.
