An-2 plane has crashed in the Rostov region
An An-2 plane has crashed in the Rostov region, no one is hurt, a source at the southern regional center of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry told Itar-Tass on Friday. “Two pilots ejected themselves from the plane,” which was not carrying any passengers, the source said. The accident happened near the village of Voronovo. “The An-2 of the Kirovsky horse breeding farm was headed for giving a treatment to agricultural crops,” the source said. Soon after the takeoff, the crew noticed a number of malfunctions and decided to make an emergency landing. Yet the attempt was abortive. According to the preliminary information, there is no damage on land.
