There has been no real progress in the establishment of a zone free from weapons of mass destruction in the Middle East
There has been no real progress in the establishment of a zone free from weapons of mass destruction in the Middle East, Russia's foreign minister said Friday. "I can't say there has been real progress in the establishment of such a zone," Sergei Lavrov told deputies of the lower house of Russia's parliament. However, Lavrov said he was sure the issue will be discussed further. "I am convinced that after the Middle East conflict is settled, the issue will inevitably become a priority".
