Fifteen people have died in an An-2 plane crash near the Uzbek capital of Tashkent. The Uzbek Emergencies Ministry reports an Uzbek Airlines plane with Uzbek military onboard was making a training flight on Thursday morning. The pilots lost control of the aircraft at 7:30 in conditions of bad visibility. The An-2 crashed while making a tough landing. Two crewmembers and 13 servicemen died. A commission set up by the Russian Defence Ministry, the Interior Ministry and the Prosecutor General’s Office will investigate the circumstances of the crash.
