People who lived in blockaded Leningrad during World War II will receive additional pensions. They will receive two pensions, one for the old age and the other for disability. The State Duma passed the corresponding law on Friday. The second pension will be equal to 200, 150 or 100 percent of the base part of the old-age pension.
